Personality
Energic, extroverted, vivacious and intelligent. They’re an excellent family dog. Even so they can be untrusty of strangers and can get irritated around people they don’t know.
They’re strong headed and independent dogs. It’s important to let them know you’re the boss, or they could get difficult to train, even if they like to learn a lot.
Family and children
They’re dogs that won’t hesitate to give you lots of love as soon as you get home. They’re playful and can get along with children, but they always should be supervised so they don’t get hurt involuntarily. If you have another dog at home, the Pomeranian will adapt easily as they are not conflictive dogs.
Care
They tend to lose their teeth at a young age. It’s important to take care of them regularly (every time they get a bath). They also need care for their eyes as they can get infected because of them being close to the ground (because of their small size) Pay attention to any signs of a change in their wellbeing.
